Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of our website and your engagement of our regulatory compliance and licensing services.
Last updated: September 2026
Our Services
ApexServe provides advisory and filing-support services for regulatory registrations, licences, and certifications in India — including but not limited to RNI, BIS, CDSCO, GST, LMPC, WPC, EPR, factory licensing, and related company/business registrations. We act as a consultant and facilitator: we prepare, review, and file applications on your behalf with the relevant government department, regulatory authority, or portal, based on the information and documents you provide.
We are not a government body, and we do not control or guarantee the internal review timelines, decisions, or approval criteria of any regulator, department, or portal (such as BIS, CDSCO, MCA, GST, or WPC). Our role is to prepare your application to the highest standard we can and to represent your interests through the process — the final decision always rests with the relevant authority.
Your Information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide to us. Delays, rejections, or additional costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents supplied by you are not our responsibility, though we will always flag anything that looks incomplete or inconsistent before filing wherever reasonably possible.
Fees & Payment
Fees for our services are communicated to you directly during consultation and confirmed before work begins, and are separate from any government, statutory, or third-party testing/lab fees payable to the relevant authority as part of your application — those statutory fees are set by the regulator, not by us, and are payable in addition to our service fee unless explicitly stated otherwise in your engagement. Payment terms will be agreed with you at the time of engagement.
Timelines
Any timeline we share with you (for example, on our service pages or in a consultation) is an estimate based on our experience with similar filings and the standard processing windows published by the relevant authority. Actual timelines can vary due to factors outside our control, including regulator workload, queries or clarification requests raised during review, and factory/site inspection scheduling. We will keep you informed of material developments as they happen.
Confidentiality
We treat the business and personal information you share with us as confidential, and we use it only for the purpose of delivering the service you’ve engaged us for, and for sharing with the relevant regulatory authority where necessary to complete your filing. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle your information.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ApexServe’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for delays or outcomes determined by third-party regulatory authorities that are outside our control.
Website Use
The content on this website — including service descriptions, guides, and blog articles — is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Regulations referenced on this site are current to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing, but compliance requirements can change; always confirm current requirements with us before relying on any specific detail for a filing decision. You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to access it in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Termination
Either party may discontinue an ongoing service engagement by written notice (including email). Fees already incurred for work completed or statutory payments already made on your behalf up to that point remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them or from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and operational reasons. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision — continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
